Mario Luzzatto Student House in Milan

The Humanitas University Hospital in Rozzano near Milan is renowned for its professional competence and training program for young students. The clinic building and university campus are in the immediate vicinity. In order to ideally round off the overall offer, the Mario Luzzatto Student House was built in the hospital area. Sanika supplied the prefabricated wet cells, construction system Saniflex, in glass fibre reinforced plastic. The construction is ideally suited for student accommodation, as it is very robust, easy to clean and is characterised by a very reduced maintenance effort. In addition, the floor element, which is manufactured in one piece and with elevators, provides a watertight tub and thus additional protection for the entire building. Those responsible at the Humanitas clinics were convinced by our high-quality system solution and the smooth operation of the system now confirms this decision.
