Technical description

Individuality – modularity: Sanika defines the basic structure, while dimensions and bathroom surfaces (tiles, glass, marble, plastic materials, etc.) are chosen by the customer.

100% watertight: thanks to the innovative assembly concept, Sanika guarantees the water tightness of the bathroom.

Functionality of the hydraulic and electrical installation: all the installations are tested and certified with calibrated instruments. Sanika guarantees the absolute functionality of these systems.

Conformity to regulations: the prefabricated bathrooms offered by Sanika comply with the law regulations of the country where they are installed.

Inspection: upon specific request, the Client is granted the possibility of performing inspections.

Versions: upon request, the bathrooms can be built to meet the requirements of people with physical disabilities.

Installation: the bathrooms can be installed directly with a crane. The resistance of the pod to this positioning method is tested and guaranteed.




Technology

For the Saniclass bathroom, Sanika developed its own innovative patented assembly system. “Saniclass” is a lightweight prefabricated bathroom, made of sandwich panels with galvanized steel sheets. The panels are assembled together by means of an aluminium frame and an innovative connection system. The head-to-head joint sealing is protected from direct water spraying and other external influences. The frame allows a perfect connection and very small dimensional and assembly tolerances. Moreover, this contributes to a further strengthening of the yet considerable high rigidity of the sandwich components, bringing possible deformation to a minimum.

The sandwich panels are available in two versions:

Standard version (Version 1): retarded fire reaction, with panels with rigid foam core
Fire-resistant version (Version 2): panels with rockwool core.
