Each prefabricated bathroom is designed according to the client needs. In this sense, Sanika has a long experience in project management. Ideas, suggestions and customer requests are the starting point for every project, which is then realized by a professional team. From the first meeting, during the assembly project and until the final testing, the Sanika team follows you constantly.
Project workflow
Briefing
Meeting with the Customer and first evaluation of the possibility of employing a prefabricated bathroom. Ideas, requests and proposals of the Customer, as well as possible prerequisites, are discussed and evaluated.
Costs analysis
On the basis of the first meeting, Sanika issues an approximate cost analysis for a prefabricated bathroom. This cost analysis is not binding, and will serve as a guideline.
Award of the constract
This proposal is then discussed together with the Customer, and, if needed, modified. If both parties agree, the project is committed. The contract is agreed upon by signing it or by a written confirmation from the Customer.
Definitive cost plan
On the basis of Customer’s proposal and further project details, Sanika issues the detailed cost plan. The cost plan is then sent to the Customer for checking. After signing the contract, this cost plan becomes binding both for the Customer and the supplier.
Prototype
On Customer’s request, Sanika builds a prototype of the prefabricated bathroom. This prototype can be checked by the Customer and, after specific agreement, modified accordingly.
Production
After signing the cost plan or after the prototype approval, Sanika orders the necessary components. As soon as the components are received, the production of the prefabricated bathroom starts.
Installation
When the bathroom is ready, the Customer can collect it and either install it autonomously or commission Sanika to do it. Sanika recommends to perform the installation of the bathroom only with specialized and trained personnel.
After sales service
Also after the installation, Sanika remains at the disposal of the customer for any request, maintenance and service.
